Teletom Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Teletom service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please do not use our service.

You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to use the service.

2. Service Description

Teletom provides services for deploying, configuring, and maintaining mail servers on the Client's own or rented dedicated servers of any type (including VPS/VDS), provided that they support the Teletom software to be installed and their use is pre-approved by our engineer.

The service includes:

• Installation and configuration of mail infrastructure
• Provision of web management panel
• Server maintenance
• Technical support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service features with at least 30 days prior notice.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use the service, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (logins, passwords, access keys)
• All activities occurring under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Payment and Subscription

Service costs, payment terms, and pricing structure are detailed on the Pricing page.

4.1. Payment Structure

Service payment consists of:

• One-time setup fee — paid once during initial configuration
• Annual fee — paid annually for web panel access, maintenance, and support

Payments are processed through third-party payment systems. When paying by bank card, all transactions occur on secure payment system pages. Teletom does not have access to your payment data (card numbers, CVV codes, etc.) and does not store them.

We guarantee data transmission security through SSL/TLS encryption protocol.

4.4. Overdue Payments

If the annual payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend service provision until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Teletom web panel software, documentation, design, and related materials belong to Teletom or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the web panel solely for managing your mail server within the subscription.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Technical Failures

Teletom shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Technical failures, service interruptions
• Data, email, or content loss
• Damage to client hardware or software
• Lost profits or indirect damages
• Actions of third parties (hosting providers, domain registrars, etc.)

6.2. Client Obligations

You bear full responsibility for:

• Regular backup of important data
• Protecting your credentials
• Compliance with laws and regulations when using the service

6.3. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teletom's total liability to you for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Termination of Service

7.1. Termination by You

You may discontinue use of the service at any time by notifying us via email. Service access will be disabled at the end of the paid period.

7.2. Termination by Us

Teletom may refuse service provision, suspend, or terminate your account including without explanation with at least 14 days prior notice, except in cases of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Using the service for unlawful purposes
• Non-payment for more than 30 days
• Creating excessive load on infrastructure

In such cases, we may terminate service immediately without refund.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Sending spam or unwanted bulk correspondence
• Distributing malicious software, viruses
• Phishing or fraudulent activities
• Violating third-party intellectual property rights
• Storing or transmitting illegal content
• Any actions violating applicable law
• Attempting to hack, scan vulnerabilities, or compromise service security

Violation of these rules may result in immediate service termination without refund.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Key principles:

• We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties
• All data is stored on your dedicated server, not on our servers
• We use encryption to protect transmitted data
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect through:

• Email address provided during registration
• Notification in the web panel

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Teletom registration. Any disputes shall be considered by competent courts at Teletom's location.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
